Recover lost build commands from the session transcript

After a context compaction, the summary may name output files but not the exact ad hoc commands that produced them (inline heredoc export scripts, CLI args, venv paths). The session's JSONL transcript still has every tool_use input: parse each line, keep entries where message.content is a list, filter tool_use blocks named Bash, and search their command text for the output filename or script name. Guard against lines without a message key, and exclude your own search commands that mention the transcript, or they match themselves. Rerunning the recovered command keeps regenerated deliverables identical in shape to the originals instead of rewriting the exporter from memory.
