Reconcile outreach replies per-target against full inbox, not by scanning recent mail

After a bulk outreach batch, eyeballing recent inbox mail undercounted replies badly: a quick scan surfaced 4 responses when a per-target domain-keyword sweep over every message since the send (plus the junk folder) found 9. Two gotchas: your own cc-to-cofounder copies show up with Exchange DN senders (/O=EXCHANGELABS/...) and pattern-match as replies to their own thread subjects, so exclude self-sent copies; and some organizers reply from a different address or a brand-new thread subject rather than Re:, so match on sender domain and org keywords, not thread subject. Build the target list first, then mark each REPLIED/no-reply explicitly - the explicit no-reply column is what makes follow-ups actionable.
