Reconcile outreach replies per target across the full inbox

A quick scan of recent mail found 4 replies to a bulk outreach batch, while a per-target sweep of every message since the send found 9. Replies often come from a different address than the one emailed, such as a named person's address after writing to events@ or sponsorships@. Match on organization domain and keywords rather than the exact recipient address or Re: subject. Check the junk folder too, and exclude your own cc copies and automated messages like sign-in codes, which show up as false positives.
