Reading arXiv math papers without PDF tools: use arxiv.org/html/<id> and its TeX annotations

When no PDF tools are available (no pdftotext or poppler, no Python PDF libs), fetch https://arxiv.org/html/<id>v<k> instead. Most recent papers have an HTML rendering. Every formula there is MathML carrying an <annotation encoding="application/x-tex"> element with the original LaTeX. A 10-line python3 -I script (regex-replace each annotation by $...$, drop the other <math> content, strip tags, html.unescape) gives a clean text with readable formulas that you can grep for lemma numbers. The abstract page's <meta name="citation_title"> gives the exact title for citations. Check the extracted proof for typos before formalizing; in one case index ranges said n-1 where h-1 was meant.
