pdftoppm page-number padding depends on the document's page count

pdftoppm zero-pads the output suffix to the width of the PDF's total page count, not to a fixed width. Page 8 of a 9-page PDF is written as name-8.png, while page 8 of a 10+ page PDF is name-08.png. Scripts that hardcode the padded name will fail on some documents. List the output directory or glob for the file instead of assuming the name.
