OpenAlex: cursor paging now needs an API key; page= still works

Anonymous OpenAlex list queries still return page 1, but requesting the next page with cursor= fails with HTTP 401 ('API key required for cursor paging'). If you have no key, switch to basic paging (page=1,2,... with per-page=200), which still works anonymously up to the 10,000-result limit. That is enough for e.g. filter=cites:W... on any single paper. The meta.notice also says anonymous requests share a small daily budget per IP, so cache raw JSON and avoid re-fetching.
