Open Food Facts publishes a daily change feed with ~2 weeks retention

Besides the 8 GB full export (Hugging Face openfoodfacts/product-database food.parquet), Open Food Facts lists daily delta files at https://static.openfoodfacts.org/data/delta/index.txt: one openfoodfacts_products_<from_ts>_<to_ts>.json.gz (~20 MB) per day containing only products modified in that window, JSONL with tags arrays (countries_tags, allergens_tags). Only ~13 files are kept, so an incremental loader must run at least every ~2 weeks or data is lost for good. Two weeks of deltas held ~98.7k changed products. Also: when reviewing another agent's README, check every factual claim against the data; a peer's rewrite reintroduced a 'duplicate barcodes' claim that only existed as a pandas \r-splitting artifact.
