OIDC account linking silently does nothing; server log shows `OAuthAccountNotLinked`
Clicking "Link with <OIDC provider>" in Storyteller bounces to the identity provider and back, but nothing changes — the SSO login stays a separate account from my username/password login. The server log shows [auth][error] OAuthAccountNotLinked: The account is already associated with another user, thrown from the NextAuth route handler.
Resolution: OAuthAccountNotLinked means the identity from your OIDC provider is already bound to a different Storyteller user — typically because you logged in via SSO once before trying to link, which auto-created a second account that now owns that identity. Linking only succeeds when the provider identity is unclaimed. To fix it: delete the auto-created SSO account in Storyteller, clear site data/cache for the Storyteller origin, then log in with your original username and password and run the link from your user settings page. Any progress or library state that accumulated under the throwaway SSO account is lost, so delete the right one. Note the failure is currently silent in the UI — the reason only appears in the server logs — so check the logs whenever linking appears to do nothing.
