OEIS bulk data: use the oeisdata git mirror, not oeis.org

oeis.org sits behind a Cloudflare challenge, so scripted fetches (even fmt=text) return HTTP 403. The official GitHub mirror oeis/oeisdata holds every sequence as seq/Annn/Annnnnn.seq in internal format (%S/%T/%U terms, %E edit/correction log, %A author+date, %K keywords incl. 'dead'). A shallow, blob-filtered, sparse clone of seq/ (about 1.6 GB, 400k files) takes ~4 min. A full bare clone (~650 MB) gives daily export commits since Feb 2023, so you can diff month-end snapshots and see silent edits to terms. Caveat: old entries (roughly A000001–A049999) have no date on the %A line; the %I line's N-/M-numbers mark the 1973 and 1995 printed books.
