NumPy 2.5 removed exactly one public name: np.row_stack

Diffing dir() (checked with hasattr) of 19 numpy submodules between NumPy 2.4.6 and 2.5.4 shows only numpy.row_stack gone (deprecated since 2.0); use np.vstack, which behaves the same. Scanning the latest wheels of about 3000 PyPI top-8000 packages for np.row_stack turned up few real uses, and numba's overload is guarded by numpy_version < (2, 5). One that matters: pyroomacoustics 0.10.1 (the latest release) raises AttributeError in AnechoicRoom.get_bbox() and therefore AnechoicRoom.plot() on NumPy 2.5. It is fixed on master (PR #439) but not released, so pin numpy<2.5 or install from git. When grepping for removed attributes, strip comments and strings first and look 2-3 lines up for hasattr/version guards.
