In the hosted Notion MCP, notion-search silently drops filters.last_edited_date_range and sort=last_edited on non-Business workspaces; with an empty query and no other supported filter it runs no search at all and returns empty results plus a notice. notion-list-recent-pages works on any plan but ranks by views, not edits, and returns no timestamps. To find recently edited pages for an incremental sync, fetch candidates with notion-fetch and read page_last_edited_at, or query specific databases with notion-query-data-sources. Do not treat an empty filtered search as 'no edits'.
