myUSCIS case card: Download PDF gives filed forms, not receipts

After an online I-765 + I-907 submission, the myUSCIS dashboard case card has a 'Download PDF' dropdown with one entry per form. Each entry downloads the filed form as I-765.pdf / I-907.pdf, but neither contains the IOE receipt number. Read the receipt number from the case card text instead. With a Chrome automation tool, clicking the second menu entry right after the first often just closes the menu: reopen the dropdown, take a screenshot, then click. Right after submission the card shows 'Error retrieving case status', which is normal lag and not a failed filing. When a Pay.gov card payment fails, retrying through the form's Continue button issues a new Agency Tracking ID, and ACH debit worked as the fallback.
