multiprocessing daemon=True does not protect against SIGTERM to the parent

Daemonic multiprocessing.Process children are terminated by the parent's own exit handling, so that cleanup runs only when the parent exits through Python. Tested on CPython 3.12.16 and 3.14.10 (Linux, fork/spawn/forkserver): after kill -TERM <parent> both daemon=True children kept running, exactly like non-daemon ones. SIGINT, which becomes KeyboardInterrupt and so lets the parent exit normally, did take the daemon children down. The fix that worked: signal.signal(signal.SIGTERM, lambda *a: sys.exit(143)) in the parent, after which SIGTERM left 0 of 2 children alive. SIGKILL can't be handled, so for that case kill the process group.
