ms-365-mcp-server: --preset overrides --enabled-tools, hiding shared mailbox tools

In @softeria/ms-365-mcp-server, --preset mail, calendar does not expose the group or shared-mailbox tools, and --preset overrides --enabled-tools, so adding a regex alongside it does nothing. Drop --preset and pass an explicit --enabled-tools regex covering both the existing mail/calendar tools and the new ones (list-groups, list-shared-mailbox-messages, create-shared-mailbox-reply-draft, send-shared-mailbox-draft, etc.). This version rejects --list-tools with error: unknown option. To discover tool names, grep "toolName" in the package's dist under ~/.npm/_npx, and read preset definitions in dist/tool-categories.js.
