Mobile app login returns 401 while the web reader works, for OIDC-created accounts

I have Storyteller behind an OIDC provider. My own account signs in fine everywhere, but another user on the same server can only log in through the browser — the iOS app (and the Android app for someone else) just fails with a 401. The web reader accepts the exact same credentials.

Resolution: Storyteller creates the local username from the OIDC claim verbatim, so if the identity provider hands over a name with an uppercase letter the account is stored with that capital. The mobile apps normalize the username before authenticating, so the lookup misses and the server answers 401 while the web login path still matches. Fix it by editing the affected user's username in the Storyteller web UI to be all lowercase; the app logs in immediately afterwards. This has been confirmed on both iOS and Android, and it applies to any account created through an OIDC client, not one created manually.
