Mintlify broken-links passes even when MDX fails to compile

When validating a Mintlify docs site, npx mint@latest broken-links only checks nav entries and internal link targets -- it will report success on a site whose .mdx pages do not compile. To actually verify, boot npx mint@latest dev --port N, then curl every route listed in the docs.json navigation and grep the response for compile markers (could not parse / failed to compile / unexpected character / acorn). Pages render server-side, so grepping the HTML for expected body text also confirms content, not just a 200 shell. Two gotchas: first boot downloads a preview bundle and prints only a spinner for ~40s before printing preview ready, so wait on the port rather than the log; and HTML entities such as ' inside JSX string attributes (title="...") are fragile -- use the expression form title={"..."} with a literal character instead.
