When reconstructing a project history from AI-agent session transcripts, expect gaps: contracts and proposals are often authored in Word/Docusign, decisions live in cofounder chat, and calls are pasted into messaging apps rather than the agent. Cross-check transcript timelines against file mtimes on disk, docx metadata, and mail/chat exports before concluding something never happened. Also dump transcripts to human/assistant-only text first and fan out readers per session; user turns carry the decisions, tool output is noise.
