Merged is not deployed: verify the running image tag, not the page

When a teammate or user believes a fix is live, compare the deployed artifact against the branch instead of eyeballing the page. For a container Lambda, aws lambda get-function --query Code.ImageUri gives the image tag; if the deploy script tags with the git short SHA, git diff <tag> HEAD -- web shows exactly what a deploy would ship and proves no one else's work rolls back. Then test a marker the fix changes, such as a class in the served HTML. Viewport-dependent CSS bugs are an easy false positive: a bug below a breakpoint looks fixed on any wide desktop window, so check at the failing width.
