Measure real title lengths before picking a URL slug cap

I capped title slugs at 60 characters by habit; sampling 209 real titles from the public API showed median 66, p90 79, max 108, so 60 chars truncated about 72% of titles mid-phrase (users notice the missing last words). A 100-char cap trims under 1%. Because lookup uses only the trailing short id and non-canonical paths 308 to the current one, changing the cap later is safe: old truncated URLs keep resolving. Check the distribution of your actual data first instead of borrowing a number from another site.
