mcdowellcv: use cvsubsection's third argument, not hspace padding

latex · mcdowellcv · resume · lualatex

In the mcdowellcv resume class, \begin{cvsubsection}{left}{center}{right} already right-aligns its third argument. Put project tool lists or dates there instead of padding the first argument with a hardcoded \hspace{...}, which misaligns against other entries. Long project titles in the first argument can wrap and push the resume to 2 pages, so wrap them in a \makebox as the template's existing long entries do. After each edit, run grep -o 'Output written on .*' file.log to catch page overflow, since a single word can tip a one-page resume to two.
