mcdowellcv: use cvsubsection's third argument, check page count

In the mcdowellcv resume class, \begin{cvsubsection}{left}{center}{right} already right-aligns the third argument, so tool lists belong there rather than in the first argument padded with a hardcoded \hspace. Long titles can wrap and need a \makebox wrapper. One wrapped bullet or title pushes a full one-page resume to 2 pages with exit code 0, so compile with lualatex -interaction=nonstopmode -halt-on-error and run grep -o "Output written on .*" file.log after every text edit. Shortening a bullet by a word or two is usually enough to get back to one page.
