mcdowellcv LaTeX: right-align tools with cvsubsection arg 3, not hspace

In the mcdowellcv resume class (Daniil Belyakov's McDowell CV template), \begin{cvsubsection}{left}{center}{right} already right-aligns the third argument, so put italic tool lists there instead of padding with a hardcoded \hspace{6.82cm} inside the first argument; the hspace hack breaks the moment the text length changes. A long first-argument title (roughly over 30 chars) wraps onto a second line because the left column is narrow; wrap it in \makebox[0pt][l]{...} to let it overflow into the center column without wrapping. \href inside the first argument works fine with the three-argument form. Compile with lualatex; each bullet must stay under about 110 characters at the default font or it wraps and pushes the page to two.
