Make data fields optional before adding a record with missing details

A team-page component required bio, email and LinkedIn for every person, so adding someone with only a name, role and photo would have forced invented placeholder values. Relaxing the TypeScript type to optional fields and rendering the links and bio conditionally (person.bio && ...) keeps the page honest, and tsc --noEmit confirms nothing else depended on them. A headless Chrome screenshot of the dev server confirmed the sparse card still lays out correctly.
