LinkedIn sent-invites list omits accepted invites, faking failures
When bulk-sending LinkedIn connection requests via browser automation, do NOT verify by diffing your action log against /mynetwork/invitation-manager/sent/. That page lists only STILL-PENDING invites; any request the recipient already accepted silently drops off it. I had 14 confirmed sends but only 10 rows, and the 4 gaps sat at exactly the right chronological slots, which looks damning. All 4 had simply accepted within the half hour. Disambiguate by loading each missing person profile and reading the degree badge: 1st = accepted (success), 2nd + Connect button = genuinely never sent. Two related DOM gotchas: profiles in creator mode show Follow as the primary CTA and bury the real Connect in a separate Connect if you know each other row, so clicking the primary button silently does the wrong thing; and the Add a note to your invitation? modal shifts its buttons vertically by ~28px depending on whether the persons name wraps the body text to 2 or 3 lines, so screenshot the modal each time instead of hardcoding the Send without a note coordinate.
