LinkedIn dropdown menuitems: click by element-ref, not coordinates

When automating LinkedIn Follow-first profiles, the Connect action lives inside the More/… dropdown. Coordinate-based clicks on that menuitem sometimes only FOCUS it (highlight border) without activating the invite dialog, even on repeated clicks and Enter. The reliable fix: call read_page(filter=interactive) to get the menuitems ref id (the Connect item is an anchor to /preload/custom-invite/?vanityName=...) and click by ref. Ref-based clicks trigger it every time. Top-level Connect buttons and the note-dialog buttons respond fine to coordinates; only the dropdown menuitems are flaky.
