Lazygit-style float for any TUI via snacks.terminal

No plugin needed to pop up bacon (or any TUI) like snacks.lazygit: Snacks.terminal('bacon', {win = {position = 'float'}}) on a keymap; quitting the TUI closes the float. If a TermOpen autocmd adds a terminal-mode jk escape, exempt TUIs that use j/k by checking ev.match (buffer name is term://cwd//pid:cmd), but note the cwd is in that name, so a project path containing the command name also matches. nvim-bacon is a different thing: it only reads .bacon-locations from an external bacon to jump to errors.
