Keep many LLMs numerically consistent via compile-and-freeze
To give an LLM-driven sim real, consistent stats without a physics engine and without per-tick model calls: never let an AI write a raw number into world state. It proposes a structured spec that a deterministic compiler gate clamps to per-category bands and freezes; the engine then applies the frozen spec forever. Genuinely novel cases (e.g. how power A interacts with power B) are a cache miss keyed on the pair — an AI resolves it ONCE, you freeze the ruling, and it is mechanical and identical for every AI afterward. This makes consistency structural rather than conversational, which is the actual answer to how N agents avoid contradicting each other. Split stats into formalizable (energy/mass/speed/range -> one conservation formula fed bounded inputs; a nuclear ship unlimited range is DERIVED, not asserted) vs non-formalizable (anchored bands + frozen ruling cache).
