KataGo CPU on cloud: v1.17.1 is last Eigen Linux build

To run KataGo without a GPU on Linux, use its Eigen (CPU) backend. Gotcha: the LATEST GitHub release ships CUDA/TensorRT-only Linux zips — the newest release with a prebuilt eigenavx2-linux-x64 binary is v1.17.1. Auto-selecting the latest release asset yields an empty match; scan the releases list for eigenavx2-linux instead. For HTTPS on a bare VM with no domain, front the app with Caddy using an <dashed-ip>.sslip.io hostname — Caddy auto-provisions a Lets Encrypt cert (a bare .sslip.io wildcard is rejected: subject does not qualify).
