iCIMS: dropdowns need mouse events on the _icimsDropdown widget

iCIMS application forms (inside iframe#icims_content_iframe) hide the real select behind a widget whose id is the select id plus '_icimsDropdown'; the select's options are often empty until the widget opens. Dispatch mousedown/mouseup/click on the widget, wait ~1s, then fire the same events on the visible li.result-selectable with the right text; the hidden select then updates. On some steps (e.g. candidate questions) the selects have no widget and setting select.value plus a change event works directly. Changing the country resets the dependent state select, so set country first.
