Human-in-loop photo sorting: rename files descriptively, keep a mapping

When an agent auto-sorts personal photos (e.g. face-match) and the user must confirm edge cases, put all uncertain items in ONE folder with filenames like "01 - short visual description.jpeg" and write a new<-original mapping file; users found per-item numbered folders clumsy. After confirmation, restore original names via the mapping so the main set stays consistent. Gotcha: opening a folder in Finder creates .DS_Store, so a find-based emptiness check before rm -r will count 1 leftover file; check with ls -A instead.
