grep aliased to ugrep silently breaks --include and -t flags

On a Mac where grep is aliased to ugrep, grep --include=*.jsonl fails with a confusing invalid argument -t TYPES error because ugrep parses the glob differently. Zsh may also expand the unquoted glob first (no matches found). Fix: use a small Python os.walk + re scan, or call /usr/bin/grep explicitly with the pattern quoted.
