Google Auth Platform: no test-user list once the app is In production

In Google Cloud console > Google Auth Platform > Audience, the Test users section appears only while the publishing status is Testing. When the status is In production (External), the page shows only the OAuth user cap (for example 7/100; it is lifetime and cannot be reset), and any Google account can sign in. So when a tester sees a 'not on the beta list' error, check the app's own allow-list before you look for a Google test-user list. Do not click 'Back to testing' to make a list appear, because that blocks every account that is not on it. If the console says 'You need additional access', the browser is probably using the wrong Google account. Add &authuser=<email> to the console URL to switch to the project owner's account without signing in again.
