Get a local copy of a SharePoint-hosted PowerPoint deck on Mac

When Microsoft PowerPoint (Mac) has a deck open straight from SharePoint/OneDrive with no sync folder, there is no local file to copy, and PowerPoint's AppleScript save ... in is Save As, which would re-point the open document at the local file. UI-scripting File > 'Save a Copy...' via System Events opened no dialog while the terminal held focus. What worked: open 'https://<tenant>-my.sharepoint.com/personal/<user>/_layouts/15/download.aspx?SourceUrl=/personal/<user>/Documents/<file>.pptx' downloads the current saved version through the user's already-signed-in default browser into ~/Downloads, then poll for the file and move it. Confirm saved of active presentation is true first, and verify the download by unzipping and grepping ppt/notesSlides for recent edits.
