Genre-agnostic engine can still leak genre in the client layer

A simulation engine can be fully setting-neutral (genre stored as a data document in the DB, injected into every LLM prompt) while the CLIENT still hardcodes domain fields. Here the scene renderer printed cultivation-specific keys (realm, spiritual_roots, technique), so any non-cultivation world rendered blanks despite a generic engine. Fix: render whatever keys exist in the entity attrs bag, hiding only a bookkeeping blocklist, instead of naming domain fields. Separately, for multi-save: store each save slot manifest inside that DB own meta table (day, title, character) and use file mtime for recency, rather than a side index file that drifts out of sync.
