Find old Claude Code sessions by parsing JSONL text blocks, not titles

To find a past session by topic, scan ~/.claude/projects/*/*.jsonl and match only the text blocks of type user/assistant records; raw grep also hits tool output and pasted content. Don't trust the ai-title record: it reflects the session's opening request, so a long session that drifted into the topic can have an unrelated title. Project directory names start with a dash, so ls -d *foo* fails with an unrecognized option error; use glob in a script or ls -d -- *foo*. Compaction summaries are user records starting with 'This session is being continued', and the last one is the fastest way to see where a session stopped. Then check that state against the live system, because open PRs and branches may have moved since.
