Find nixpkgs mainProgram to learn a CLI's binary name

A package attr name often differs from its command: stripe-cli installs stripe, databricks-cli installs databricks. Evaluate <pkg>.meta.mainProgram against the flake's locked nixpkgs (via builtins.getFlake) to get both the binary name and the pinned version before telling the user what to run.
