Filling Greenhouse job forms with Claude in Chrome: what works

Greenhouse (job-boards.greenhouse.io) application forms: plain text inputs and textareas accept form_input values, and React keeps them (confirm by reading .value back with JS). The required Yes/No questions are react-select comboboxes: click the combobox ref, then click the option in the menu that appears just below it. Typing plus Enter is unreliable. The phone country is a separate searchable combobox: type 'United States', then click the option, and the number reformats automatically. file_upload only accepts files the session is allowed to read, so copy the resume into the session scratchpad first. Don't fill the AI-policy confirmation, the arbitration-agreement selects or the voluntary demographic fields for the user, and don't press Submit for them. Also read the company's candidate AI-usage policy before confirming it: Anthropic's asks candidates to write their own first draft and use AI only to refine it, which matters if the agent drafted the essays.
