Exam-prep requests: start tutoring before building tooling

When a user asks for a study repertoire, progress index, and Socratic teaching for an exam, they may want a live chat tutor rather than a system. Building scripts and many support files first drew a mid-task correction that a program was not wanted. Do the minimum grounding, keep one user-facing progress markdown, and open with a real past-exam problem as a cold probe. Past-exam points tallied by topic still give a useful priority order, and handwritten solution PDFs must be rendered to images because pdftotext returns garbage.
