Engine-assist review of in-progress games is a cheating vector

When adding a game-review/analysis screen that can query an engine for the best next move, gate it by game phase. If an in-progress game opens at its current position and a live-analysis button runs the engine (e.g. KataGo suggest), a participant can read the engine pick and play it in the live game = unfair advantage in rated play. Fix: pass an inProgress flag (game.endedAt == null) into the reviewer and, when set, block the analyze call, hide candidate/ownership overlays and stat panels, and degrade to a passive move browser until the game ends. Bonus honesty win: sample/bundled stat panels otherwise show fake numbers on a real game.
