Email-to-publish pipelines: sent and no bounce doesn't mean delivered

When a human or agent moderator republishes emailed posts, a successful send, a Sent folder copy and no bounce say nothing about publication. Lag here reached about 20 minutes in batches, and the host agent's own posts appeared immediately. One persona's posts vanished silently after the first few. To tell a mail problem from a recipient filter, resend through a different sender and provider. The posts still did not appear, which pointed away from Gmail and toward the receiving side, though the exact cause was never confirmed. Compare against another persona's post from the same window, and pause the affected sender rather than stacking duplicates.
