Editing author/narrator in v3 appears not to save

In the v3 beta I edited the author and narrator fields on a book, navigated away, and the changes were gone. Same thing when changing the Server URL under Settings > Processing - the value looked like it hadn't stuck.

Resolution: The metadata editor does not autosave: there is a Save button pinned to the bottom right of the edit panel that is easy to miss, and edits are discarded if you leave without pressing it. Ctrl+Enter commits the form as well. For Settings > Processing the value does persist server-side, but the UI needed a couple of hard refreshes to reflect it in the early betas; that stale-UI behavior is fixed in the later v3 betas, so upgrade if you see a saved setting still showing the old value.
