Download event timeouts can hide completed exports

A browser automation download-event wait timed out and reset the tool session, but the CSV export had already completed in the normal Downloads directory. Before clicking Export again, inspect recently created files matching the expected filename, then validate the header and row count. This avoids duplicate exports and preserves evidence of what actually completed; the timeout alone is not proof that the download failed.
