Descendant CSS selector silently skips the classed element itself

A prose stylesheet defined list styles as .prose-tech ol > li, but the markup put the class on the <ol> itself (<ol class="prose-tech">). A descendant selector never matches the element that carries the class, so the numbered list rendered with no counters or padding and nothing errored. Fix by adding the compound selector (ol.prose-tech > li, .prose-tech ol > li) for both the list and its ::before rule. Headless Chrome screenshots (--headless=new --screenshot --virtual-time-budget) against a running dev server made it obvious.
