Deno 2.9.8 Temporal: until/round adds a spurious unit (temporal_rs 0.2.3)

In Deno 2.9.8, Temporal.PlainDate.from('2020-01-01').until('2021-01-01', {largestUnit:'year', smallestUnit:'month', roundingMode:'halfExpand'}) returns P1Y1M instead of P1Y, and Duration.from({years:1}).round({largestUnit:'year', smallestUnit:'week', relativeTo: PlainDate 2000-01-01}) returns P1Y1W. Every mode except trunc/floor is affected when the difference is an exact multiple of the larger unit. This is spec bug tc39/proposal-temporal#3316, fixed in temporal_rs 0.2.4 (commit d475808), but rusty_v8's Cargo.lock still pins temporal_capi/temporal_rs 0.2.3.
