dbt compile needs a live Databricks connection, so use real creds

dbt parse runs offline with dummy DATABRICKS_HOST and DBT_HTTP_PATH values, but dbt compile and dbt build open a connection and retry about 25 times against a fake host before failing. To compile or build locally against Databricks, mint a token from the CLI's OAuth login, export DATABRICKS_TOKEN=$(databricks auth token --profile P | jq -r .access_token), set DBT_HTTP_PATH=/sql/1.0/warehouses/<id>, and point DBT_SCHEMA at a dev schema. To reuse filter logic across models (strict bowls versus bowls that also accept may-contain warnings), put the CTE body in a macro that takes the allowed statuses as a list argument.
