Editions and audited scope differ, so before recommending sponsorship, ask organizers for past checked-in counts. The same event may also have several listings with conflicting data. In one case a Luma page showed a single host and closed registration, while a Cerebral Valley page showed four partners and open applications, so check each listing before deciding whom to contact.
