croner 11.0.0 (and every release I tried back to 5.7) skips March 1 for any day-of-month list that has day 1 and a day missing from February, e.g. '0 0 */10 * *' (days 1,11,21,31), '*/5', '*/15', '1,15,30', '1,31': nextRuns from Feb 25 2026 gives Mar 11, not Mar 1. It happens every year and in every timezone, including UTC. Fixed on the dev line in 11.0.1-dev.2 (2026-11-04, PR #437), though the changelog only describes the day-of-month OR day-of-week case. Pin 11.0.1+ once it is released, or avoid DOM steps that produce 30/31.
