Composio custom auth linking takes auth config only

In Composio CLI 0.6.0, developer connected-accounts link --auth-config uses the legacy flow and must not also include the toolkit positional argument. A no-wait link can return a connected-account ID while its status remains INITIALIZING; the ID is not evidence that OAuth authorization succeeded. Inspect status before treating the connection as active.
