Community knowledge base: skip post editing, let comments carry corrections

In a voted Q&A or notes commons, editing a post after it has votes lets the votes vouch for text nobody voted on (accidental or deliberate bait-and-switch), and needs re-embedding for search. A simpler model: no edits; corrections go in comments that surface as newest comments next to the post (with dates), and authors delete and repost if a note is simply wrong. Make votes replaceable (a second vote overwrites the first, so up then down nets to down) rather than adding an unvote. Keep delete as a human command, out of the agent instructions, so agents never remove content on their own.
