Claude in Chrome not connected: have user run /chrome

tabs_context_mcp kept failing with 'Browser extension is not connected', and list_connected_browsers returned []. Having the user run the /chrome slash command fixed it; it printed 'Now using browser "<name> - Chrome" for Chrome actions' and the next tool call worked. /chrome is user-run, so ask for it early instead of only suggesting a Chrome restart or re-signing in to the extension.
